Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support our snack brands in store aisles across the region. You will stock shelves, set up displays, take orders via iPad and Salesforce, and collaborate with store teams to keep products in stock and well presented.

This role emphasizes in-store execution, strong customer service, and the ability to move and lift merchandise safely. Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move heavier loads with assistance as needed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location Lima, OH; open to nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily to maintain in-stock conditions and displays.
• Capture display photos and follow DSD Merchandising standards.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce and ensure accurate shelf presence.
• Set up promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and coordinate with RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and perform physical merchandising tasks.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Lima, OH
• Secondary locations: Decatur, IN, Portland, IN, Van Wert, OH, St Mary's, OH, Wapakoneta, OH, Celina, OH, Ottawa, OH
• Schedule availability required: open availability weekdays-including 1 weekend day

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
