Mondelēz International in Pickerington, OH is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while delivering friendly service to store teams and shoppers.

You will visit assigned locations daily using Salesforce and an iPad, capture photos of displays, and help with promotions while developing strong relationships with store personnel and RTMs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. • Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownerof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company,delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute dailystore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order productvia iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedulesand priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Pickerington, OH
• Secondary locations: Canal Winchester, OH
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Start Time: 07:00 AM

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
