Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
5. Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, including moving products.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles from Lufkin, TX.
• Secondary locations: Nacogdoches, TX.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, start by 5-7 am.
