Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and build promotional displays. You will act as an ambassador for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands, working with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility and order product via an iPad to keep products in stock.

Responsibilities include visiting stores within a defined radius, capturing display photos, and following the daily merchandising

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and in-store displays.
• Ability to stock shelves and arrange displays to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Comfortable using an iPad for ordering and photo capture.
• Own a vehicle and be able to travel to multiple stores.
• Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill merchandising needs and maintain or improve displays in assigned stores.
• Stock shelves and ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and in stock.
• Place orders via iPad to ensure shelf and display availability.
• Capture photos of displays and communicate display status to the sales team.
• Follow Mondelēz’ DSD merchandising steps and schedules to maximize in-store visibility.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry‑leading snacks. Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.


• This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.


• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.


• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).


• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.


• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Mansfield, PA. Secondary locations: Wellsboro, Canton, Troy, Towanda, Sayre PA, Corning, Bath & Hornell, NY.

Schedule availability required: varies - off Tues & Sun.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.79 to $21.79 based on relevant experience. Benefits include:
