Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service assigned stores in Baxter and Little Falls, MN. You will stock shelves, create promotional displays, and place orders via an iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.

Be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma; demo a positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. Schedule: Sun–Thu, 6:00–7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Baxter, MN; secondary location Little Falls, MN.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and optimize product visibility.
• Visit stores per DSD merchandising steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order products via iPad for shelf and display to ensure stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Baxter, MN
• Secondary locations: Little Falls, MN
• Schedule availability required: Sunday - Thursday
• Start Time: 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.50 based on relevant experience
