Mondelez International in Salem, OR is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, execute displays, and keep Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit front and center. You’ll build relationships with store teams and customers, and manage product orders via iPad with Salesforce.

Daily duties include taking photos of displays, following RTM plans, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Open weekend schedules and a 6 am start are required; travel across Salem/Keizer area is

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for travel across store locations.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and mileage reimbursement.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (lifting/bending/carrying up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus; live within 25–35 miles of Salem, OR.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.




• Serve as the face of the company , delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers




• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI




• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands




• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce




• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores




• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues




• Support seasonal sales , new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events




• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team




• Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.




• High School Diploma or GED preferred.




• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.




• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).




• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.




• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.




• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location ( Salem, OR )




• Secondary locations: Keizer, Molalla, Canby, Silverton (OR)




• Schedule availability required: Open availability including weekends; start time 6 am

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate of $20.00-$21.00
