Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – responsible for communicating and building relationships with store staff, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location Iowa City, IA; secondary locations include Muscatine, IA and Washington, IA.
• Schedule availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start time 07:00 AM.

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
