Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Holland, MI to stock shelves, set promotional displays, and maintain in-store signage for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz.

You will drive your own vehicle, travel within 25-35 miles of Holland, follow Mondelēz’ merchandising steps, capture displays with an iPad, and participate in a bonus program and benefits package.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and some up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Holland, MI (primary) and Hudsonville/South Haven, MI (secondary).
• Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Start time 07:00 AM.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility and build displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order product via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and stocked per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat representation of Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Holland, MI
• Secondary locations Hudsonville, MI, South Haven, MI
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Salary and Benefits: Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.50 based on relevant experience.
