Mondelez International in Flushing, NY is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, take photos, and place orders using Salesforce on an iPad.

You’ll travel to assigned stores, perform visits 4 days a week with 1 weekend day, and work in a fast-paced, physical role. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, and 1–3 years in retail.

Qualifications

• Planograms, displays, and shelf standards to boost visibility.
• Strong customer service orientation with shoppers and store teams.
• Comfortable using mobile tools to order, capture photos, and schedule visits.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple locations.
• Able to lift and move product up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store – building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Primary responsibilities include

• Represent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownersof the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily: store visits following Mondelēz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)
• Build and maintain : strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product: via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include

• Be at least 18 years of ageandhave a valid driver's licenseissued by the state in which the personresides.
• High School Diploma or GEDpreferred;or canearn your GED while gaining the skills!
• 1-3years of experiencein retail or consumer goods preferred
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Live within25-35milesrange from the primary location: Flushing, NY

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 based on relevant experience.
