Mondelez International is hiring a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are available and visible across assigned stores.

You will work as the face of Mondelez, building relationships with store staff, taking orders via iPad, and following RTM plans to maximize in-store presence. Strong customer service and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Arvada, CO; primary location Arvada; secondary Denver, Golden, Lakewood.
• Five days per week, including weekends; start by 6 am.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company , delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales , new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location ( Arvada, CO )

• Secondary locations: Denver, Golden, Lakewood

• Schedule availability required: Five days per week, full availability required including weekend; start by 6 am

Salary and Benefits:
