Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to keep Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit on shelves in Emmaus/Trexlertown area. You will visit stores, build displays, take photos, and place product orders using Salesforce on an iPad, while collaborating with RTMs and store teams for optimal visibility.

Requirements include 1–3 years in retail, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift and move products.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining the skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; may lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Trexlertown, PA; secondary locations Kutztown, Macungie, Emmaus, Fogelsville.
• Schedule availability: off Sun & Thurs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos and follow digital merchandising initiatives.

• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical duties including lifting and moving products.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownersof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily: store visits following Mondelēz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)

• Build andmaintain: strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product: via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:

Salary and Benefits:Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.50 to $20.50 based on relevant experience
