Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Illinois. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and build promotional displays for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands.

You will drive your own vehicle to multiple locations, capture display photos, and place product orders to ensure in-stock conditions. The role includes seasonal displays and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lombard, IL and Elmhurst, IL.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; Start time 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and optimize visibility of products.
• Capture photos of displays per DSD merchandising steps.
• Order product via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Maintain Nabisco brands on shelves and displays per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Adhere to merchandising manager's daily schedule.
• Enhance seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat in-store presence.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining orchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativesto optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpullingover50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lombard, IL
• Secondary locations: Elmhurst, IL
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
• Start Time: 08:00 AM

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.60-$19.00 based on relevant experience
