Job summary
Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Michigan. You will be the face of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves, building displays, and coordinating orders via iPad and Salesforce. Expect early starts, physical activity, and dynamic store visits across Livonia and nearby areas.
You’ll drive brand visibility, support promotions, and communicate insights to the RTM team while maintaining excellent customer service at every store.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage (mileage reimbursed).
- Able to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, sometimes over 50 lbs.
- Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25-35 miles of the Livonia, MI location; secondary locations include Westland, Dearborn, MI.
- Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat; Start time 6:00am.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
- Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management.
- Safety: perform duties safely, with physical effort required.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Livonia, MI
- Secondary locations: Westland, MI, Dearborn, MI
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Salary and Benefits: Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
