Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock and properly promoted, serving as the face of the brands to store teams and shoppers.

You will follow Mondelēz Direct Store Delivery standards, build relationships with store personnel, and use iPad/Salesforce to place orders and manage displays, while

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for the state you reside in.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or you can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’llbring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, ChipsAhoy!,and Triscuit to life in-store – building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelèz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownersof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute daily: store visits following Mondelèz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)

• Build andmaintain: strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order product: via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:

Salary and Benefits:Hourly compensation rate ranges from $23.44 to $25.44 based on relevant experience
