Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Baxter, MN. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and build relationships with store staff to optimize visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz brands.

You will place orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions, follow promotional plans, and set up seasonal displays, all while delivering strong customer service and a positive attitude across routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and build relationships with staff to optimize product visibility.
• Stock shelves and maintain/promote displays according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Place orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions and timely replenishment.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented and maintained.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to leadership.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativestooptimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Baxter, MN
• Secondary locations: Little Falls, MN
• Schedule availability required: Sunday - Thursday
• Start Time: 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.50 based on relevant experience
