Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Aurora, CO area. You will represent iconic brands, service stores, and manage in-stock conditions using an iPad and Salesforce. Expect lifting and a fast-paced environment with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad and manage in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence with stores.
• Follow RTM daily schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Aurora, CO) Secondary locations: Centennial, CO
• Schedule availability required: Five days per week, full availability including weekends and holiday; Start by 06:00 AM #ushourly

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience
