Job summary

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Dedicated Multi-Site Security Officer for Mount Pleasant, WI. This full-time role requires availability on multiple shifts across site locations with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour. The job emphasizes safety, customer service, and professional interaction with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• High school diploma or GED, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during accidents or investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide directions or information.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
