Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to join our team across multiple FL locations, including Ponte Vedra Beach. This is a home-visit role focused on hospice and euthanasia care, with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree required and licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Practice medicine in a mobile home-visit setting with compassion.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team and support staff to ensure client satisfaction.

Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Fruit Cove, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlantic Beach, Saint Johns, FL and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
