Job summary

Carlson Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to cover the West Valley area in Utah. You will be on the go, keeping shelves stocked and displays looking sharp, while driving sales and ensuring product freshness.

You will own your route, work early mornings and weekends, and collaborate with store teams to maintain store standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

This is a hands-on, active role where you own your route, stay moving, and make an impact every single day in the stores you support.

• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday
• Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and looking clean
• Build displays that catch attention and drive sales
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain quality
• Keep back rooms organized and efficient
• Communicate with your team about store conditions and needs

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Merchandising, stocking, or customer service experience is a plus - but we’ll train the right person

Physical Side of the Job:This is an active role. You’ll be lifting, moving, bending, and staying on your feet throughout the day.

• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 165 lbs occasionally
