Job summary

The Swan Food Company in Lexington, KY is hiring Immediately Hiring Full-Time Merchandisers to stock and rotate products, build displays, and ensure our brands are well represented on store shelves.

The role offers $20 per hour, a Friday–Tuesday schedule (~40 hours weekly), mileage reimbursement, paid training, and benefits after 30 hours per week. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 35 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Access to a smartphone for company tech.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products to ensure visibility.
• Build and maintain product displays.

What You Will Do:

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Build and maintain product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel
• Communicate effectively with co-workers

What We Look For:

• Grocery experience
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
