Job summary

MEP Health is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Nurse Coordinator on a Med Tele unit. You will coordinate nursing care for telemetry and med-surg patients, oversee daily workflow, and mentor bedside nurses.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering meds, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.
• Telemetry and medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
