Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, or completion from an MA program, with EMR proficiency and a strong focus on HIPAA compliance and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/RMA preferred.
• 1–2 years of medical office/clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prep patients, escort to exam rooms, and assist physicians.
• Record vital signs and update patient histories in the EMR.
• Assist with exams, minor procedures, injections, blood draws, and in-office tests.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient charts, and handle calls and referrals.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
