Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in supermarket or retail meat department.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly.
Strong commitment to food safety and proper product handling.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Stock and arrange fresh meat displays and frozen cases to be clean, orderly, and appealing.
Monitor freshness and rotate inventory to ensure quality and safety.
Update pricing signage and rewrap products as needed.
Maintain sanitation and keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist customers with inquiries and selections to enhance their shopping experience.
Report for 5:00 AM shifts to prepare the department for daily operations.
