Qualifications

• MQSA-compliant Radiologic Technologist Program completed.
• Current BLS and ARRT (M) certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Preferred 1 year experience or ARRT (R) with ARRT (M) within 1 year.

Mammography Technologist, a highly technical allied imaging professional, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced imaging services including ultrasound, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.

Responsibilities

Perform quality mammography procedures, assist Radiologists with special procedures for early breast abnormality detection, communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, ensure high performance, seek professional growth, and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program meeting MQSA guidelines, current BLS and ARRT (M) certification, Texas Department of State Health certification, with preferred 1 year work experience or ARRT (R) with a requirement to obtain ARRT (M) within 1 year.
