Job summary

You will repair equipment and buildings, perform grounds maintenance, handle snow removal, and respond to after-hours emergencies. Must bring basic maintenance experience and own hand tools; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or related field experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Electrical knowledge or certification helpful.
• Experience with boiler and cooling towers preferred.
• Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Grounds work; maintain all common areas inside and outside.
• Snow removal and after-hour emergency maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring work.
• On-call as needed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
