Job summary

Management & Training Corporation, at the Chaparral facility in New Mexico, seeks a skilled Maintenance Worker - Electrician to maintain electrical systems and building infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability. You will perform a range of trades tasks in a steady, on-site environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a NM Journeyman license, 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid NM/TX driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years full-time experience as an electrician in maintenance, construction, or industrial environment and Journeyman license in NM.
Must successfully complete pre-service training.
Valid driver's license in NM or TX with acceptable driving record unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems and related equipment; coordinate with contracted help when on-site repair is not possible.
Locate circuit breakers and isolate circuits to perform work safely.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronics systems and perform new installations including bending conduit and pulling wire.
Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, and fuses as directed.
