Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents and families. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you!

You'll perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, help maintain building systems, complete work orders promptly, and collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
