Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision in a primary care setting.
• Perform vital signs, injections, immunizations and specimen collection.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Monitor condition changes and report concerns promptly.
• Support care coordination and follow-up with patients.
• Maintain infection control, safety standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff meetings.
