Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to provide recovery-focused care, including medication administration, in line with physician orders and Telecare policies.

You will deliver direct, safe care and support a positive treatment environment on a full-time daytime schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM). Starting pay is geographic and experience-based, with commute considerations and mileage reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required by date of employment and maintained.
• Successful completion of post-offer physical, background checks, and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide recovery-focused services as prescribed.
• Ensure safe, effective direct care per policies and standards.
• Coordinate transportation for clients using personal or company vehicle where applicable.
• Support consistent shift coverage and patient care during assigned hours.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Tuesday - Saturday

Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands‑on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
