Ascension in Lockhart, Texas, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for the Long Term Care Clinic. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in a caring, multidisciplinary setting focused on proactive patient assessments, safe medication administration, and patient education for recovery and long-term wellness.

You will work within a supportive team to deliver therapeutic services and monitor lab results, ensuring high-quality, holistic care.

Formación

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date.
• High school diploma equivalency or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient assessments to identify changes and enable timely interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families for recovery and long-term wellness after discharge.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services and labs.
