Charity Home/Hospice in California seeks a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team. This is an hourly position, available as Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week), offering flexibility and meaningful patient care.

You will provide skilled nursing care in home and hospice settings, administer medications, perform wound care, and document care accurately while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Formación

• Current LVN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in Home Health, Hospice, SNF, or Subacute settings preferred.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
