Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Lake Austin clinic, with 30-35 hours per week and potential cross-clinic coverage.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, document in EMR (Epic), and collaborate with care teams to support patient outcomes. NCLEX-PN, active LVN/LPN license, phlebotomy and vaccines experience are required. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in good standing.
• Successful NCLEX-PN completion.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Epic preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in clinical setting with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain, document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
• Conduct routine health assessments and ensure patient well-being.
• Connect patients with community resources for care and disease management.
• Perform medication reviews and assess drug interactions.
• Develop and administer mental health assessments as needed.
• Document medical history accurately in the EMR.
