Ben Bridge Jeweler in Kitsap Mall is seeking a full-time sales associate with experience in fine jewelry and/or watch sales or other luxury retail. The role emphasizes creating memorable customer experiences and building lasting relationships through enthusiastic, knowledgeable service.

As part of a close-knit team, you will present merchandise confidently, respond to customer needs, and contribute to a polished in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience in retail environment or 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing needs and making personalized product recommendations.
• Provide product knowledge, features and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise.
• Connect with customers and maintain information using company-supported technology.
• Inspect and advise on jewelry and timepiece repairs; assist with upkeep of jewelry displays.

Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in Kitsap Mall is seeking a full time sales associate. Our ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.

Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories. They are self-starters, who love jewelry and building lasting relationships. They work well independently and in small, close-knit teams. Our Sales Associates show merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

Primary Duties

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
• Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity
• Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Range: $17.13 - $19.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits in addition to sales bonus, monthly incentives and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training and paid time off, such as: vacation, holidays, bereavement and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time). In addition to our medical, dental and vision insurance, Ben Bridge Jeweler also offers a 401(k) plan with a company match.
