Aunt Ann's In-House Staffing seeks an experienced Housekeeper for a busy Magnolia-area residence in Seattle. You will manage daily cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care, and home organization for a large family and cross‑team coordination with the Estate Manager and nannies.

The role requires at least three years of private-estate experience, impeccable discretion, English fluency, and the ability to work independently with a friendly, service‑oriented approach in a multi‑level home with dogs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional housekeeping experience in a private estate, luxury residence, or comparable high-standard household environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of laundry, ironing, steaming, fabric care, fine linens, and wardrobe organization.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and detailed housekeeping throughout the 15,000-square-foot residence, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, family spaces, trash, and recycling.
• Complete laundry and linen care, including washing, folding, ironing, steaming, bed-making, and appropriate care of garments and household textiles.
• Maintain wardrobes, closets, living spaces, children’s areas, storage rooms, and household organization systems.
• Maintain inventories of household supplies and proactively communicate replenishment needs.
• Run errands and complete household-related tasks as directed.
• Assist with special projects, seasonal organization, and household transitions.
• Ensure the residence remains consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Coordinate respectfully and effectively with the Estate Manager, nannies, and other household staff.
• Support the evolving needs of the family and household team with flexibility and a pitch-in attitude.
• Provide basic pet-care assistance and oversight as needed.
