Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking an LPN Unit Manager (Skilled) in Virginia. You will lead a dedicated nursing team, ensure compassionate resident care, and maintain compliance with long-term care regulations. The role requires an active Virginia LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Experience in long-term care is preferred, with strong communication skills and the ability to make independent decisions to support residents and staff on every shift.

Qualifications

Experience in long-term care preferred.
