Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time LPN II for the Same Day Surgery Department.

The nurse will plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and current licensure as an LPN in West Virginia or a valid compact state license are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in WV or a valid compact state license.
• BLS required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to standards with appropriate length of stay.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
