Job summary
Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton, Illinois. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, CPR certification, and is able to obtain security clearance. High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license or ability to obtain one.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check).
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical/psychiatric staff direction.
- Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within scope of practice.
