Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

The role includes day or evening shifts (8-hour), weekends rotating, with a $4 evening shift differential. Illinois LPN license, CPR, and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Clear/Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs.
• Work with medical and psychiatric staff to coordinate care.
