Job summary

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team on a full-time basis. The role involves providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with RNs, physicians, and CNAs to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing).

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and record resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and CNAs to deliver quality resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families.
