Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate, full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join LifeCare Medical Associates at Seneca Falls. The LPN provides patient-centered care under the supervision of an RN in a hospital-like practice setting and supports our mission to improve community health.

Our team cares for patients from newborns to geriatrics with providers including Drs. Freier, Osborn, Reese, and Wirth, along with experienced nurse practitioners and a physician assistant.

The LPN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a practice setting while supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Our providers see patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. All care is provided by highly credentialed physicians Dr. Grace Freier , Dr. Elizabeth Osborn , Dr. Andrew Reese and Dr. Philipp Wirth .
