Job summary

Kohl’s in Burlington, NC seeks a Loss Prevention Supervisor to improve profitability by deterring theft, leading investigations, and educating associates. You will build partnerships with store leaders, law enforcement, and local networks to reduce shortages and strengthen operations.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, training staff, maintaining customer service, and representing Kohl’s in legal matters when needed.

• Recruit and train new Loss Prevention Associates; Lead and supervise Loss Prevention Officers and Loss Prevention Service Specialists (select locations).
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Act as a representative on behalf of Kohl’s on legal proceedings as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.

Pay Range: $23.50 - $36.45
