Job summary

Plumb Supply Company operates a Davenport, IA warehouse that supports professional plumbing and HVAC contractors. The role focuses on pulling, staging, and loading product, freeing up cycles for customer service and timely deliveries.

You will operate dollies, forklifts, and other handling equipment, maintain accurate counts, and work in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 500 pounds and complying with DOT requirements are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move more than 20 pounds, frequently up to 500 pounds, and occasionally over 100 pounds.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check).
• Must have a valid drivers license and pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service.
• Load and unload trucks using dollies, carts, forklifts and other tools as needed.
• Perform and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming product.
• General warehouse duties assigned.
• Local deliveries to customers shops or job sites.
