Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Warehouse Loader to support outbound pallet loading, inbound receiving, and inventory placement at our Bluefield, WV facility. This role also assists in SAP operations and repletion tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of lifting 30–75 lbs, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Training and safety protocols are provided to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth yard management.

Qualifications

• PIT Certification including Pallet Jack, Triple-Double, Switch Tractor, Scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Load customer orders accurately onto delivery vehicles.
• Assist SAP data entries and resolve system errors as needed.
• Support pallet building, loading, and yard management when required.

Job Overview

TheLoader Warehouse is responsible for supporting the Outbound loading of completed pallets onto delivery trailers. Additionally, this role will support the Inbound receiving operation, inventory location placement, and replenishment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate loading of customer orders on delivery vehicles
• Assist in physical manipulation of product within SAP as needed to facilitate the successful resolution of system errors
• Performother duties assigned by Warehouse Management including, but not limited to, Pallet Building, Pallet Loading, and Yard Management when and if required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and maintain a high degree of integrity. Ability to multi-task, organize, and delegate tasks to others in a noisy and non-climate controlled, such as exposure to a variety ofhigh and low temperatures, humidity, wind, and rain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lifting 30 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes

Minimum Qualifications

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification:

• Pallet Jack
• Triple-Double

• Scrubber

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
