Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Loader in Northbrook, IL to deliver friendly service, load merchandise, and keep aisles safe and stocked. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help move items to vehicles.
This hourly, full- or part-time role requires basic computer use and retail tech familiarity, lifting up to 25 pounds, and availability mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and associate discounts.

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles. The Customer Service Associate/Loader also replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical because this associate lifts and moves merchandise for staff and customers frequently throughout his/her shift.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

Pay Range: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
