Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire in Londonderry, NH is seeking a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team. You will provide personalized, high-quality in-home care and support to clients in their homes.

The role involves assisting with bathing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, with ongoing training and development opportunities and a supportive management team offering a flexible schedule.

Formación

• NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or clinical caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Dementia Training Certification a plus
