Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC seeks a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Vermont team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care in a respectful, professional environment.

You must be licensed in Vermont and complete an accredited nursing assistant program. Previous LNA/CNA experience is preferred, and comfort working in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA certification in Vermont.
• Accredited Nursing Assistant training program completed.
• Previous LNA/CNA or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and positioning of patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
