Starting with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, couples may advance to a placed houseparent role. Compensation includes $46,917 per person and total compensation near $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27+.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor wellness.
• Drive to activities and engage in developmental events.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
