Compass Group Eurest in San Fernando, CA is seeking a full-time cook to prepare meals following standard recipes and safety guidelines. You will ensure food quality, portion control, and serve meals or prep for delivery while keeping a clean, organized kitchen.

Prior line cook experience is required. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a strong emphasis on HACCP-compliant practices and teamwork within a large foodservice organization.

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery ensuring proper portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen per HACCP standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
