Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume institutional kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of hot, cold, and special diet foods according to menus and recipes.
• Follow established cooking schedules and sanitation practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of food prep equipment.
• Process invoices and report to supervisor.
• Perform custodial duties such as mopping, washing walls, and cleaning refrigerators.
• Adhere to portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
