Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is seeking a licensed therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team in Arlington, TX. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients and families through recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current unrestricted Texas licensure or license eligibility.
• Experience working in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or clinical setting.
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families.

Position Summary

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Therapist, you will:

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current unrestricted Texas licensure or license eligibility.

• Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families.

Preferred

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Minimum one (1) year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of BLS (Basic Life Support) and Handle With Care training within 30 days of hire.
